Reservations canceled or modified less than 48 hours before the start of the tour cannot be changed or canceled. <\/li>\n \t<li>Once the reservation has been made, no cancellations or changes are allowed for the \u201cMosque-Cathedral Self-Guided Tickets\u201d product.<\/li>\n \t<li>For the &#8220;Mosque-Cathedral on Your Own: Tickets with Audioguide&#8221; product, cancellation or modification fees are 15 euros per person up to 48 hours before the tour. Cancellations or modifications made less than 48 hours before the tour are not permitted. <\/li>\n \t<li>If the cancellation occurs because the mosque does not allow visitors due to circumstances beyond its control, the customer will be charged 11 euros as an administrative fee.<\/li>\n \t<li>Reservations will be confirmed within a maximum of 72 hours, and the full amount will be held pending confirmation or cancellation of the reservation, which will depend on ticket availability for the requested date. If the reservation is not confirmed, the amount will be released and will once again be available to the user. <\/li>\n \t<li>Some products have special cancellation policies, which are specified on the product page during the booking process.
